Terms and Conditions for Service Satisfaction
At PALA Salon, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. Please review the following terms regarding post-service adjustments:
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
• If you are not completely satisfied with your service, we are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment.
• Adjustments are only valid for the same service originally booked and must be scheduled within 14 days (2 weeks) from the original appointment date.
2. Eligibility for Adjustments
• Requests for adjustments made after the 14-day period will not be eligible for complimentary fixes, and full payment will be required for any additional services.
• The adjustment policy does not apply to changes in style or preferences that differ from the original consultation.
3. Booking Adjustments
• To schedule an adjustment, please contact us directly via phone or email and provide details of your concerns. Our team will work with you to arrange a suitable appointment time.
4. Exclusions
• This policy does not cover dissatisfaction caused by factors beyond our control, such as improper aftercare or external treatments performed by another stylist or salon.
